1. Guided Self Help -- based on the Medical Risk Assessment a series of recommendations from top experts that are intended for people to do on their own -- still covering primary, secondary and tertiary intervention but intended as self-help and very specific for the individual.  These will be accessible for most people without additional expense beyond the money they pay into the program.  
   
2. Guided Clinical Help -- the participants will be provided with assistance that can be used with their own doctors -- a differential diagnosis protocol, for example.  Many people have health insurance and as this evolves, EMR-IP plans to find avenues to have much of the treatments covered by insurance.  Unfortunately for right now, most of the treatment falls outside of most insurance.
   
3. Clinical Referrals -- participants can use the EMR-IP network of clinicians for treatment and care.  EMR-IP will strive to have as much of the testing and treatment covered by existing insurance as possible.  We will also continue to identify new insurance products that will cover the over costs.
   
4. Victim's Compensation Advocacy -- this is the last phase that will ensure that the participants will be in the program that we approach government, industry and foundations to fund long term.  All of the data gathered in the other three categories will be cataloged and kept in form that can be used in the advocacy program and in any subsequent litigation.  This is an important service because the data are third party validated and organized.
   

In North America only -- two additional programs are included:

1. Guided Environmental Exposure Help -- a survey of the participant's sleeping area to ascertain the current level of exposure for which the participant will receive an intervention plan designed to lower the exposure levels
2. Mitigation Referrals -- participants can use the EMR-IP network of certified mitigators for assistance in lowering their exposure levels.  EMR-IP will strive to have as much of the testing and protocol development covered by the cost of others.
